As a Senior Full-Stack WordPress Developer, you will work on complex WordPress builds integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
You will collaborate with a stable, growth-oriented organization that values clean code, DevOps maturity, and front-end performance.
Your contributions will include modernizing the stack by migrating from Elementor to GreenShift, which is now the critical front-end framework.
Responsibilities include building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, implementing pixel-perfect, responsive websites from Figma/Adobe XD designs, developing custom post types, taxonomies, and field structures, optimizing for performance, accessibility, and SEO, and using GreenShift blocks and tools as the core of the on-page stack.
You will architect and implement Salesforce REST API integrations, build and maintain REST API connections to third-party systems, lead DevOps practices including CI/CD and testing workflows, troubleshoot complex WordPress issues, and maintain a high-quality codebase with unit and end-to-end tests using Playwright + Jest.
Collaboration will involve using Confluence, JIRA, and GitHub, participating in Agile ceremonies, documenting technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers.
Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
A strong portfolio of custom WordPress builds is required.
Demonstrated experience integrating WordPress with Salesforce REST APIs is necessary.
Expert-level skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 are essential.
Deep familiarity with the WordPress REST API, custom post types, and ACF is required.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD for WordPress is a must-have.
Experience with Playwright in Jest for automated testing is necessary.
You should be comfortable with Git, npm, webpack, and modular development practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
You should be a self-starter with an ownership mindset and have high attention to detail.
Availability during core EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM) with some flexibility is necessary.
Comfort in an Agile team environment is required.
