Tietoevry Create Brazil is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (React & Node.js) for a healthcare company from the USA.
The role requires experienced Senior and Lead Software Engineers with a strong emphasis on FrontEnd development using React.
Candidates should be comfortable contributing to backend systems built with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka, and other modern technologies.
This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for building scalable, user-friendly applications and collaborating across teams.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.
Responsibilities include leading or contributing to the design and development of high-quality FrontEnd applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in architectural discussions, writing clean and efficient code, ensuring application performance and security, mentoring junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and staying current with emerging technologies.
Requirements:
For Senior Engineer: A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience is required.
For Lead Engineer: A minimum of 8 years of experience, including leading teams or projects, is required.
Strong expertise in FrontEnd development using React is necessary.
Solid experience with backend technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Kafka is required.
Proven ability to work across the stack and deliver end-to-end solutions is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
Candidates must be comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows is necessary.
The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), familiarity with AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot or similar tools, experience with DevOps practices and tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
