Description:

• Tietoevry Create Brazil is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (React & Node.js) for a healthcare company from the USA.
• The role requires experienced Senior and Lead Software Engineers with a strong emphasis on FrontEnd development using React.
• Candidates should be comfortable contributing to backend systems built with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka, and other modern technologies.
• This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for building scalable, user-friendly applications and collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.
• Responsibilities include leading or contributing to the design and development of high-quality FrontEnd applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in architectural discussions, writing clean and efficient code, ensuring application performance and security, mentoring junior engineers, participating in code reviews, and staying current with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• For Senior Engineer: A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience is required.
• For Lead Engineer: A minimum of 8 years of experience, including leading teams or projects, is required.
• Strong expertise in FrontEnd development using React is necessary.
• Solid experience with backend technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Kafka is required.
• Proven ability to work across the stack and deliver end-to-end solutions is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows is necessary.
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies is required.
• Preferred qualifications include experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), familiarity with AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot or similar tools, experience with DevOps practices and tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
