• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that enhance customer experiences, including an AI hiring tool and an automated payroll solution.
• You will drive your squad to develop critical features, collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, write automated tests, maintain web application components, conduct testing and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• You must be a highly skilled, senior-level Software Development Engineer with typically 6+ years of experience, though technical expertise is prioritized over years of experience.
• Experience in server-side and RESTful API development and integration is required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or PHP is necessary; training in Ruby will be provided upon joining.
• Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies is essential.
• A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology is required.
• You should be a team player who prioritizes colleagues and demonstrates adaptability and versatility in your work.
• Good verbal and written English skills are necessary.
