Requirements:
Candidates must have 8 years of hands-on experience in engineering.
A minimum of 4 years of people management experience is required as part of the engineering tenure.
Experience with engineering tech stacks, including microservice backends, webhooks, and APIs, is necessary.
A strong JVM background, including Kotlin and a low-level understanding of relevant concepts, is essential.
Knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Frontend frameworks is necessary.
Candidates should have knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with highly concurrent applications is required.
A track record with DevOps and SRE best practices is essential.
Candidates should be prepared to spend about half of their time contributing directly by writing code and improving systems.
The ability to make correct deductions from limited or imperfect information is necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to drive collaboration and align cross-functional teams, are required.
