Requirements:
A BS/B.Tech in Computer Science (or related field) and 4+ years of relevant work experience are required.
You will be responsible for writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
You must solve complex technical problems and perform an objective analysis of the problem statement to come up with an unbiased technical solution before writing any code.
Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure that projects meet business objectives and compliance standards is essential.
You will participate in and drive code reviews.
Excellent attention to detail is necessary.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
You should have demonstrated expertise in building production-grade and high-performance applications using ES2019/ES2020.
Proven expertise in converting Figma and Sketch prototypes into pixel-perfect screens is needed.
A high proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript/ReasonML is required.
You must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal-to-no guidance in a fluid environment.
You should be excited by challenges surrounding the development of highly scalable and distributed systems.
The agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope, and priorities are necessary.
Experience working on massively large-scale systems in production environments is required.
Bonus points for production-level experience of designing a product for multiple international markets and languages (i18n, l10n), prior experience in Go & Python, and open-source contributions, side-projects, blog posts, and YT tech videos.
