Requirements:

Production experience with one or more languages outside of Ruby and Ruby on Rails is required.
Candidates should be skilled in leveraging observability tooling such as logging, monitoring, and alerting.
The ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision is crucial.
Comfortable voicing ideas and mentoring other engineers is expected.
