Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of industry engineering experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills are required, including active listening, taking constructive criticism, and providing feedback.
• Candidates should be intrinsically driven to innovate and take initiative to improve processes or solve problems.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and openness to learning from others is essential.
• Proven experience in writing, deploying, and running distributed systems is mandatory.
• Experience in writing microservices with clear separation of concerns is required.
• Expert knowledge and experience with Golang is a must.
• Candidates must have expert knowledge and experience with a modern front-end framework like React.
• Proven experience using data structures and algorithms, particularly in web system design and distributed systems, is necessary.
• Expert knowledge of RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL and writing migrations is required.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL and GRPC is a big plus.
• Working knowledge and experience writing in Golang is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS is required.
• Experience with messaging queue systems is also a plus.
