Vanta is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer for the Self Serve team, working remotely in the U.S.
The mission of Vanta is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security.
The role involves delivering high-value products and infrastructure that enable business scalability.
The engineer will set technical direction and drive complex projects across the technical stack.
Responsibilities include leading projects, designing and developing new product functionality, and contributing to the engineering culture.
The engineer will work on customer activation, engagement, and retention by building features that facilitate product adoption and compliance.
The position also involves unlocking new business opportunities, supporting product trials, and contributing to in-app purchasing and integration efforts.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
Experience in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects is required.
Previous startup experience or work in an action-oriented environment is preferred.
Experience working on greenfield projects is necessary.
An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space is important.
