We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Payments and Checkout team.
The role involves developing and maintaining both customer-facing and internal account and billing systems.

This position is remote, available to candidates anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities include developing consumer subscription features using Recurly, building tools to support internal teams, and architecting and maintaining billing, user management, and API systems.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to design, implement, test, and deploy solutions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of full-stack engineering experience is required.
Strong proficiency in modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, and PHP is necessary.
Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets is essential.
Proven experience with distributed systems architecture is required.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include frontend development experience with React and Next.js, backend development experience with Nest.js, experience working in a Turborepo monorepo environment, and a track record of designing and implementing internal/external APIs.
