The Senior Game Designer will help drive the growth of the Creative team by supporting the development of pitch materials and contributing design expertise across a range of internal and client-facing projects.
This is a generalist role suited for candidates with broad experience in game design and demonstrated depth in key areas such as gameplay, narrative, systems, economy, progression, or player experience.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in game design, with at least 1 shipped title (AA or AAA).
A strong generalist background is required, with the ability to contribute across systems, mechanics, progression, and UX.
Demonstrated experience working on conceptual design or pitch development is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, with the ability to express ideas clearly through decks and documents.
Candidates should understand how design principles apply across diverse business models, such as premium, free-to-play, and subscription-based games.
Comfort in working across multiple projects and adjusting to varied design styles is required.
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset who thrives in remote, cross-functional teams is preferred.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience designing within Unity and/or Unreal Engine, experience working with external partners or co-dev teams, and experience creating UX prototypes to support gameplay or interface design.
