Requirements:

Experience managing other producers or production staff in a distributed, agile environment is required.
Mastery of production frameworks like Agile or Kanban, with a pragmatic approach to adapting tools per project, is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a talent for conflict resolution and team enablement, are necessary.
A background working with international clients and internal teams across multiple time zones is preferred.
The ability to confidently represent team and project status to stakeholders with clarity and integrity is required.
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance execution, scope management, and long-term planning is essential.
A deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from pre-production through live operations, is necessary.
