We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Generative AI team.
You will work on the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and multimodal generative models such as GPT and DALLยทE.
This role involves integrating these systems into high-load product environments and internal workflows.
The position combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking to scale Gen AI across the company.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing RAG systems, architecting and deploying LLM-based solutions, building scalable ML pipelines, and integrating Gen AI models into core business processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features and evaluate Gen AI models for performance and scalability.
Ensuring robust architecture and security practices in deploying AI solutions is essential.
You will also contribute to tooling and platform selection for model deployment and document best practices in Gen AI architecture.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, including the deployment of production-grade AI solutions.
Expertise in NLP, Transformers, and modern deep learning architectures such as RAG, BERT, T5, and diffusion models.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and LangChain.
Hands-on experience with vector databases like FAISS, Qdrant, and Weaviate, as well as semantic search architectures.
Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and their AI/ML service stacks.
Strong architectural thinking focused on scalability, performance, and cross-system integration.
English language proficiency at B2 or higher.
