The company is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team.
This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and is focused on enhancing how the GTM organization utilizes data for business strategy and execution.
The analyst will collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to provide insights, enable self-serve analytics, and influence decision-making through data.
Responsibilities include improving data quality, defining critical GTM metrics, and building scalable analytics solutions for planning, performance tracking, and customer lifecycle insights.
The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, has a bias for action, and can translate ambiguous needs into well-defined data solutions.
This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in analytics or data roles, with at least 3 years focused on GTM functions such as sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue operations.
Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in a product-led growth setting, is required.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is necessary.
Deep expertise in BI tools, especially Metabase and Looker, along with experience in building scalable, modular dashboards is essential.
A strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, funnel velocity, retention/churn, and NRR is required.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven frameworks and influence strategic decision-making is necessary.
Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with technical teams in Product and Engineering, are essential.
Candidates should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable backend solutions.
Exposure to agentic AI platforms and comfort navigating ambiguity are important.
Familiarity with evaluating AI tool quality and understanding of prompt crafting, AI limitations, and ethical considerations in AI use is required.
