We are seeking a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Developer to modernize, streamline, and scale our GTM systems.
This role will contribute to the development of innovative revenue growth features while evolving our Tech Stack architecture.
The position empowers Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with high-performance systems that enable scalable growth.
The ideal candidate is a systems-minded builder with a history of simplifying complexity and understanding how scalable GTM architecture drives business growth.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack, leading the modernization of legacy processes, and driving technical execution of projects.
The developer will partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance, scalability, and data integrity across GTM systems, while also identifying and reducing technical debt to improve system performance.
The role involves championing Salesforce Development best practices and supporting a robust CPQ system for accurate quoting and revenue workflows.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of experience with Salesforce administration/development in a B2B SaaS or technology company is required, along with Salesforce Admin certification.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flow, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), and Salesforce automation tools is essential.
Familiarity with data structures, distributed systems, and secure architecture is necessary for this role.
Proven experience managing Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and SKU logic is required.
The candidate should be comfortable guiding teams, mentoring peers, and aligning technical solutions with business stakeholders.
A curious, accountable, quality-focused, detail-oriented mindset is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Demonstrated ability to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy systems is preferred.

The target pay ranges for this position vary based on geographic zones, with Zone 1 offering $133,000 - $182,000, Zone 2 offering $119,000 - $164,000, and Zone 3 offering $113,000 - $155,000.
