Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
Strong English proficiency is required for effective communication with team members and stakeholders, particularly with the US team.
Proficiency in Go and experience with gRPC is necessary, along with the ability to write efficient and robust server-side programs.
Strong database design skills are required, with familiarity in common databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Candidates should have solid knowledge of data structures, strong programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS S3, AWS RDS, and related frameworks and components is essential.
Proficiency in common Git commands and workflows, especially those related to GitHub pull requests, is required.
Prior experience with remote work is preferred.
Candidates must be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm to 5 am Vietnam Time) or have at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time.
Benefits:
The employment contract will be administered through a Singapore-based human resources firm, with compensation based on an hourly wage framework.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from approximately USD $13 to $25 per hour, depending on the individual’s skill level.
The company provides 12-20 days of bonus hours that can be taken as paid leave.
