The position is for an ambitious, English-speaking Senior iOS Developer for a German healthcare client.
The project aims to enhance a sector identity service product defined by gematik, focusing on quality improvement, stability, and expanded functionality.
Responsibilities include developing new features and modifying existing applications based on client and business analyst needs, enhancing the iOS SDK and API in Swift, managing documentation according to ITIL, ensuring process compliance, participating in daily/weekly meetings, using monitoring and ticketing tools (Jira/Confluence), testing new features and bug fixes, cooperating on releases with relevant areas, participating in transitions, and mastering and applying used tools and technologies.
Requirements:
A college degree or relevant qualification, or ongoing IT studies for entry-level candidates.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in developing multiple iOS applications.
Practical knowledge of RESTful API architecture and integration of iOS interfaces.
Proficiency in Swift, RxSwift, Xcode, and REST.
Experience with unit testing using XCTest, Nimble, and RxTest.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD systems and associated platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Experience with CocoaPods.
Practical understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
Strong structured thinking, ability to work independently and in a team.
Operational knowledge (ITIL).
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in close collaboration and professional discussions with senior developers in an agile environment.
