Remote Senior iOS Engineer

Description:

• Tilt is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join the Card Spend & Engagement (CSE) team within its Credit Card organization.
• The role involves developing mobile experiences that enhance post-booking usage and retention for credit card products aimed at underserved Americans.
• The CSE team manages the entire post-booking customer journey, from card activation to ongoing engagement and retention.
• The position is remote-first, with a requirement to travel for company offsites at least twice a year.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and ship new features, conducting analysis for optimization opportunities, analyzing user feedback and app metrics, participating in code reviews, improving the iOS build and release process, adopting new iOS technologies, and driving technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience developing consumer-facing iOS apps with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile experiences.
• Proficiency in Swift and iOS UI Frameworks, including UIKit and SwiftUI, is required.
• Nice to have qualifications include experience with credit card, payments, or lending products, knowledge of payment processing and fraud detection, experience with A/B testing, familiarity with .NET backend systems, and experience in building gamification features or rewards systems.
