Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.
The company offers an AI-powered task mining solution that observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps.
Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends optimal technology for automation, and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.
The engineering approach prioritizes customer needs, works in small project-based teams, and encourages flexibility in problem-solving.
The Senior/Lead MLOps Engineer will own the backend of the new product, the Mimica Maker, which allows users to build and orchestrate bots from recorded data.
Responsibilities include building pipelines and core components of ML systems, delivering new AI features, and driving improvements to infrastructure and services.
Daily tasks involve writing algorithms, developing data and ML training pipelines, collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Engineers, monitoring model deployments, enhancing monitoring tools, documenting procedures, and participating in hiring and onboarding.
