• As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Algorithms team, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and data science to help the team achieve critical revenue goals.
• You will collaborate with ML engineers and data engineers to evaluate algorithmic and business problems.
• Your role will involve building reliable, repeatable models that run in production with high quality.
• You will research, implement, and tune cutting-edge RL/ML models to achieve critical business outcomes.
• You will design and implement AI/ML models that balance quality, speed, and cost.
• You will build repeatable, reliable pathways for promoting ML models from development to production.

Requirements:

• You must have experience as a machine learning engineer, working on real-world problems impacting live customers.
• You should have experience developing ML models end to end and deploying them into production environments.
• You need to have experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and safe ML models that directly impact customers’ experience.
• You should have experience implementing AI/ML models that balance quality, speed, and cost.
• You must have experience automatically monitoring the quality and effectiveness of ML/AI models from local development through to production.
• You need to be proficient in SQL, data analysis, and databases.
• You should have experience with Python and a strong track record of writing readable, maintainable production code.
• You must have experience with GCP or AWS.
• You should be skilled in being self-directed and moving quickly to build and improve systems and architectures.
• You need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage startup.
• You should be skilled at communicating effectively in a distributed environment with people across multiple time zones.
• You must possess strong self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability.
