Andesite is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a proven track record of delivering AI/ML products at scale.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI, including building a production agent architecture with LLMs, RAG, and context/memory management.
Responsibilities include developing additional models to complement foundational models, understanding requirements, collaborating with data engineers, and deploying models into production.
The engineer will also develop and manage AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring scalable and reliable deployment, monitoring, and optimization of models.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, threat analysts, and data scientists, is essential to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
Staying updated with the latest research in machine learning and cybersecurity to implement new findings into core technology is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
A passion for ensuring data quality, observability, and model performance through effective monitoring, validation, and data collection practices is essential.
A Master's or PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in building and delivering data science, machine learning, or data analytics solutions at scale is necessary.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Scala, is required.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is required.
