The machine learning team is seeking engineers at all levels to experiment, design, and develop solutions for autonomous driving, aiming for full commercialization.

Key responsibilities include exploring and proposing new ideas in deep learning, neural networks, and large foundation models for various autonomous driving applications.
The engineer will work on the entire life cycle of machine learning projects, from data analysis to model experimentation and performance verification.
Collaboration with product, simulation, and other algorithm teams is essential to extend machine learning technology across all components.
Requirements:
An advanced degree (Ph.D or Master’s) in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or related fields is required.
In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in machine learning and/or computer vision, employing state-of-the-art techniques, is necessary.
Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other machine learning platforms and tools is required.
Strong motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating on complex projects is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of research publications in top conferences and/or journals as the first author.
Knowledge and experience with generative models, model distillation, or model inference acceleration techniques (e.g., TensorRT) are preferred.
