  • We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our machine learning products.
  • Responsibilities include leading the development of modeling complex, real-world problems, developing complex data pipelines to support production systems, and bringing machine learning algorithms into production.
  • The role also involves monitoring and maintaining production machine learning data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning model development, building data pipelines, and robust machine learning software systems is required.
  • Strong and in-depth knowledge of various modeling techniques and machine learning frameworks is essential.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, including standardization, normalization, clustering, modeling, scoring, and validation is necessary.
  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is required.
  • A strong knowledge of distributed systems configuration and production maintenance is needed.
  • Understanding of ETL engineering and tools to interface with data teams is important.
  • Candidates should have an understanding of data design principles across multiple different storage systems.
  • Working knowledge of AWS is required.
  • Ability to parse and manipulate a variety of different datasets and formats is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to distill ambiguity into working results.
  • Autonomy and willingness to take responsibility are important traits.
  • Candidates should be quick iterators, continuous learners, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally with other engineering teams are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are required.

  • The base salary for this position ranges from $136,000 to $178,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
