Requirements:
A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience specifically with LLMs and GenAI is required, with 2+ years preferred.

Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade LLM-based solutions is essential.
A background in fine-tuning open-source models for specific domains is required.
Candidates should have at least 4+ years of overall experience in machine learning, excluding internships or academic work.
A deep understanding of NLP and proficiency across multiple ML domains is expected.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in diverse, global teams are crucial.
