Requirements:

• The candidate must have 1.5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with LLMs and GenAI, with 2+ years preferred.
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Gemini, as well as open-source models like LLaMA and Mistral, is required.
• A proven track record of shipping production systems using LLMs is essential, not just proof of concepts.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs or other open-source models is necessary.
• The candidate should have 4+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, excluding internships or academic research.
• Strong NLP experience and familiarity with other areas of machine learning are required.
