Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NumPy is required.
Experience in synthetic data generation, model training, and evaluation in real-world environments is essential.
A solid understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompting, and robustness techniques is necessary.
Knowledge of AI safety principles and experience in identifying and mitigating model risks is required.
Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing models using platforms like Triton Inference Server is needed.
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is important.
Experience with prompt engineering, including the ability to craft, test, and optimize prompts for task accuracy and efficiency, is required.
