Remote Senior ML Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior ML Engineer, you will build systems that drive millions in revenue through intelligent personalization and optimization.
• You will develop and deploy models that understand user preferences, optimize content discovery, and personalize experiences at scale.
• This is a hands-on role where you will see direct impact on business metrics daily.
• Responsibilities include building and deploying ML models serving over 100 million predictions daily, developing ranking algorithms that balance relevance, diversity, and revenue, and implementing real-time personalization features with latency requirements of less than 50 milliseconds.
• You will also run A/B tests and analyze model performance against business KPIs, optimize models for production, and collaborate with product teams to identify new personalization opportunities.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of experience building production ML systems.
• Strong experience with ranking algorithms, including collaborative filtering, deep learning, and learning-to-rank, is required.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is necessary.
• Experience with distributed computing technologies like Spark or Ray is essential.
• A track record of shipping models that improve business metrics is expected.
• A BS or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.

Benefits:

• The compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $220,000.
