We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Developer to design and implement intelligent personalization systems for workplace automation and user experience enhancement.
You will participate in ML architecture design, performance optimization, and end-to-end MLOps automation with a focus on contextual recommendations, experience personalization, and behavioral pattern recognition.
Key responsibilities include solution ownership with a strong focus on business needs, designing and implementing personalization algorithms for workplace automation, creating behavioral analytics for user pattern recognition and prediction, establishing Azure ML pipelines, building automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML models, optimizing ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, and conducting code reviews.
You will also conduct technical reviews, establish ML engineering best practices, mentor team members on performance optimization and model design, collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into ML solutions, and incorporate user feedback and business metrics into model iterations.
The project focus areas include building ML systems for office exploration, personalization, and visual booking experiences, such as automated information extraction, contextual recommendations, navigation assistance, pattern recognition, proactive suggestions, and context-aware recommendations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience building end-to-end ML solutions and custom models is required.
A proven track record in building real-time, context-aware ML systems is essential.
Expertise in ML engineering, including training pipeline design, personalization systems, MLOps automation, and performance optimization is necessary.
Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM (or similar) for production implementation with performance optimization is required.
Strong competencies in designing efficient training workflows, incorporating user feedback, building scalable ML systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are needed.
