Life360 is seeking a Senior Mobile iOS Build and Release Engineer to join their Engineering team.
The role involves maintaining and operating the mobile app CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery of applications.
Responsibilities include collaborating with app developers and test engineers, creating developer tooling, and monitoring build infrastructure.
The position is remote-first, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the US and Canada.
The salary range for candidates in the US is $123,000 to $180,500 USD, and for candidates in Canada, it is 145,000 to 169,500 CAD.
The job title for Canadian positions will be "Developer" instead of "Engineer."

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on technical experience.
Proficiency in one system language like Swift and scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or Go is necessary.
Experience with dependency management systems like SPM and Cocoapods is required.
Candidates should have experience with containerizing build workloads, specifically using Orka and MacStadium.
Familiarity with artifact management tools and Fastlane deployment is essential.
Experience with Mobile App Distribution to the Apple App Store is required.
Candidates should have experience developing automated internal frameworks to enhance developer and release velocity.
Knowledge of CI/CD principles, architecture, and operations is necessary.
Working experience with CI/CD platforms such as Buildkite, Jenkins, or CircleCI is required.
A strong understanding of XCode, networking, log analysis tools, app release, and certificate management is essential.
