Fullscript is seeking a Senior NetSuite ERP Engineer to lead the ongoing development and optimization of their NetSuite platform.
The role involves acting as a strategic partner across Finance, Operations, and Engineering to design scalable, automated solutions.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing advanced customizations, developing SuiteScript-based enhancements, and integrating third-party systems.
The engineer will act as a trusted advisor to various business units, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and reporting through ERP capabilities and automation.
Key tasks include designing, developing, and deploying complex NetSuite customizations, maintaining and enhancing NetSuite configurations, and managing system integrations.
The engineer will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Additional responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives, evaluating and implementing new NetSuite modules, overseeing access controls, and providing advanced troubleshooting.
The role also involves mentoring team members on ERP development best practices and enabling self-service analytics through system configuration and documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
Proven success in administering and customizing NetSuite in a complex, high-growth environment is required.
A strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as GL, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, and Revenue Management is essential.
Experience with system integrations and middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft, custom APIs) is necessary.
Proficiency in data analysis and transformation using tools like Excel, SQL, and JSON is required.
Familiarity with SDLC concepts including source control, release management, and change tracking is important.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
