  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network design tools like Visio is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
  • A strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are required.
  • Flexibility with work schedules and travel is necessary, along with the ability to obtain or maintain technical certifications as required.
