We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to join our client’s team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the call center and customer experience domain.
Our client is a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce management solutions, helping large enterprises optimize their processes and deliver exceptional service.
We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture.
Responsibilities include developing backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration, designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS, collaborating with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables, and working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc. is required.
Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture is necessary.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.) is expected.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms, prior work with companies in the contact center domain, knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing, and exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
