The Senior Offensive Security Consultant will perform and manage application security, penetration testing, and offensive security engagements.

The consultant will coordinate multiple security testing engagements, interfacing with customers and a team of security testers.
This position allows for hands-on penetration testing while managing engagements.
The role requires a customer-centric approach to deliver services effectively and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
The consultant will ensure timely delivery and quality execution of offensive security services and develop high-value solutions for customers.
Responsibilities include managing internal and external staff, translating analytical outcomes into presentations, mentoring security engineers, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a penetration testing role is required.
At least 2 years of experience in network penetration testing and configuration review of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is necessary.
A strong understanding of web application development and the secure development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential.
The ability to manage multiple penetration testing projects simultaneously is required.
Candidates must be able to perform unsupervised penetration testing and red team engagements.
The ability to explain vulnerabilities to non-technical stakeholders is necessary.
Relevant certifications such as GIAC Cloud Penetration Tester (GCPN), Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT), and others are required.

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000, plus equity, with compensation varying based on skills and experience.
