Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to join their Security team.
The role involves leading red team operations across various technology stacks, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and more.
The engineer will simulate realistic threat scenarios to challenge and improve the company's defenses.
Responsibilities include conducting penetration tests, threat modeling, and identifying vulnerabilities in systems, including AI and machine learning.
The engineer will collaborate with the blue team to enhance detection capabilities and incident response.
Detailed reporting of vulnerabilities and mentoring other engineers on offensive security practices are also key aspects of the role.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red team operations.
Proven success in conducting red team engagements against cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and Kubernetes environments is essential.
Deep, hands-on experience in full-stack penetration testing, including web applications, databases, and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
The ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities to access sensitive systems is required.
Strong scripting/programming skills for exploit development and automation in languages such as Python and Go are needed.
Excellent communication skills to explain vulnerabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences are a must.
A proactive and curious mindset with a reputation for creative problem-solving is essential.
