  • Maintaining clear, professional, and proactive communication with external partners is crucial to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables while fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • The role requires working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, share insights, and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining open and constructive communication.
  • Providing feedback on integration strategy, potential product enhancements, and operational workflows is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or any other customer-facing engineering role.
  • The ability to read and understand multiple programming languages is required.
  • Experience with long-term project planning and execution is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
  • A thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies is essential.
  • Candidates must have a thorough understanding of integrating UX elements with backend services, frameworks, and third-party developer APIs.
  • Experience with observability tools and applications is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong project management skills, and the capability to influence internal and external stakeholders to stay on schedule are necessary.
  • A passion and drive to change consumer banking for the better is highly valued.
