Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with experience working with product engineers and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Proficiency in at least one core language (GO, Node/Typescript) is necessary for automating and improving operational efficiency.
  • Candidates should have experience guiding and mentoring engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Experience as a technical lead for large projects on high-scale, distributed software systems is essential.
  • Direct usage of SQL and general database administration knowledge is required.
  • The ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system is necessary.
  • Experience contributing to automated build and deployment systems is also required.
