  • NiCE is seeking a Senior Portfolio Sales Engineer to lead the functional and technical sales process with a focus on solutions development across NiCE’s portfolio.
  • The role involves discovery and requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration of NiCE solutions.
  • The Portfolio Sales Engineer must articulate the value of NiCE solutions and position the products to both business and technical users.
  • Technical expertise should include call center operations, telephony, and cloud computing.
  • The candidate should be a self-motivated storyteller with a proven track record in software sales and technology knowledge.
  • Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations that align the NiCE portfolio with customer business challenges, managing customer requirements, and influencing clients on the benefits of NiCE’s solutions.
  • The PSE will lead all technical aspects of the sales process and assist with proof of concepts (POC) execution.
  • The role requires active contribution to a team approach with account executives and overlay teams, providing product feedback, and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities are required.
  • Experience in customizing and building storyboards for demos and POCs is necessary.
  • A demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously is required.
  • Strong communication skills are needed to interact with C-level executives and front-line employees.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and team-oriented.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude is essential.
  • Additional valuable skills include experience with contact center technologies, WorkForce Management, Talent/HR Management, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
  • Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google are preferred.
  • Familiarity with hardware platforms and virtualization is beneficial.
  • Vertical market selling experience in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Telcos, Healthcare, and Travel is advantageous.
