  • The role involves being the technical authority that bridges the gap between AI speech technology and customer business needs.
  • Responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design, architecting and implementing custom proof-of-concepts, providing expert guidance on API integration, and partnering with Account Executives to navigate technical objections.
  • The position also requires contributing to technical content creation, mentoring junior team members, and representing customer voices to product and engineering teams.
  • The first 90 days will involve onboarding, leading technical discovery calls, developing custom proof-of-concepts, and owning technical relationships with assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • A strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, is required.
  • A proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles is essential.
  • Experience in building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts or technical solutions to diverse audiences is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
