• The role of Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer is based in the EMEA territory and involves winning complex technical evaluations and driving adoption for strategic accounts.
• The position requires collaboration with strategic Account Executives throughout the customer journey, from discovery to production launch and expansion.
• Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, designing and executing POCs, advising on architecture, running security and compliance threads, and creating reusable assets.
• The role also involves enabling the field by collaborating with AEs, CSMs, and partners on demos and technical validation.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role focused on pre-sales.
• Professional software engineering experience in at least one language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust is required.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, and secure API design, is necessary.
• A proven track record of leading POCs for enterprise customers and achieving technical wins is essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across both technical and executive audiences are required.
• Familiarity with procurement, InfoSec, and data privacy expectations across EMEA, including GDPR, is important.
• Candidates should be based in an EMEA time zone with strong overlap to customer business hours and possess excellent English communication skills.
