The Senior Principal AI Solutions Architect position is available in Massachusetts and New York, offered by H2O.ai.
This role involves leading enterprise AI initiatives by designing, implementing, and scaling advanced AI and ML solutions for large organizations.
The architect will work closely with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, designing enterprise AI solution architectures for various environments, and leading pre-sales efforts.
The role requires demonstrating deployment best practices, delivering demos and workshops, and collaborating with product teams to influence the AI platform roadmap.
The architect will also develop reference architectures, solution accelerators, and technical blueprints to drive thought leadership and support pipeline-building initiatives.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technology architecture with a proven track record of scaling enterprise applications and data-intensive workloads.
A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary, along with deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to design enterprise AI/ML deployments, including MLOps, security, compliance, and governance frameworks is essential.
Experience in producing technical architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment strategies for diverse enterprise environments is required.
Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary to engage both engineers and C-level executives.
Experience in consultative selling and pre-sales solutioning is highly preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple strategic accounts, and traveling up to 50%.
Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, H2O.ai products, or similar solutions is a plus.
Bonus expertise in GenAI Ops, MLOps, DevOps, and data security/compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2) is advantageous.
