Leadtech is seeking an experienced Senior Product Data Analyst with a proven track record of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
The role involves translating reporting requirements into actionable solutions and effectively communicating progress and blockers.
The analyst will work closely with the Product team, Departments, and the Product Manager to prioritize goals that ensure business growth, scalability, and excellence in delivery.
Key responsibilities include aligning with business projects to optimize profitability, collaborating with Product and BI teams, ensuring data integrity, maintaining a normalized data dictionary, preparing analytical reports and dashboards, and analyzing KPIs.
The analyst will also explore data for actionable insights, prepare quarterly project reports, and manage data visualization dashboards.
Knowledge of data management tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, and relational databases is essential.
The position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a product data-driven mindset and be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
A strong understanding of data management principles and experience with data management tools and technologies is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is necessary, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required, ideally with experience in international environments.
Knowledge of Amplitude is a plus.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues collaboratively.
