The Senior Python Software Engineer will work closely with the VP of Engineering on the core monitoring and enforcement service, which issues hundreds of millions of requests each month using a blend of white hat, black hat, and AI techniques.
Responsibilities include delivering features with design by contract, designing and maintaining resilient systems using Python, implementing GraphQL and REST APIs with Django, ensuring project delivery and uptime compliance, optimizing data collection, building scalable architecture, addressing compliance requirements, collaborating with Product, and conducting code reviews.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Python developer.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Django is required.
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience with Celery or other distributed task queue managers.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
