• Key responsibilities include managing and executing advanced data analysis and software development projects using R, conducting sophisticated statistical analyses, developing and maintaining data processing pipelines, writing and deploying efficient R code, providing mentorship to junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting code reviews, creating documentation, and staying updated with the latest developments in R programming and data science.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in R development is required.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is necessary.
• Proficiency in R programming language and its core packages (dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, etc.) is essential.
• A strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques is required.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is necessary.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL is required.
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Python, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• The candidate should be comfortable exploring and adopting new libraries or frameworks as needed and eager to innovate towards new solutions.
