Remote Senior React Native Developer

Description:

• Join our experienced Mobile Team as a Senior React Native Developer.
• Support the Mobile Team, which includes Android, iOS, KMP, and Flutter Developers, in growing the React Native area.
• Engage in the creation of products and work closely with Agile teams.
• Be part of Droids On Roids, which has partnered with Apadmi, a leading digital product agency in the UK, to enhance mobile development opportunities.
• Work with top startups and global brands such as CCC, Carlsberg, Vodafone, BBC, and Co-op, delivering high-quality code and an agile approach.

Requirements:

• You must have a minimum of 6 years of commercial experience in mobile development, including at least 2 years with React Native.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript is required, with fluency in both basic and advanced concepts.
• You should be able to write clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Experience with native modules (Android/iOS) and integrating third-party native SDKs is necessary.
• You must have the ability to build and maintain custom UI components aligned with a design system.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions) and publishing apps to Google Play/App Store is required.
• A solid understanding of Git and version control workflows is essential.
• You should have experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Great communication skills are necessary, including direct communication with clients and openness to feedback.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and suggesting optimal solutions is required.
• You must be able to work independently and be self-organized.
• A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and code quality is essential.
• You should be willing to actively share knowledge and support team development.
• A fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level) is required.
