  • The Senior Backend Engineer will lead the development of Regate by Qonto, a platform that speeds up pre-accounting for SMEs and their accountants in France and Spain.
  • The role involves working with a team of 50 engineers and collaborating with Product and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Responsibilities include developing new features, improving existing ones, fixing bugs, maintaining high-quality code in Ruby on Rails, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing software for performance and scalability.
  • The Regate app is built with Ruby on Rails and React, hosted on a Kubernetes cluster on AWS, with PostgreSQL as the database.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a strong background in software development, specifically with expertise in Ruby on Rails.
