NiCE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance or Data Analyst to lead sales and incentive compensation analytics, financial modeling, and data-driven strategy.
The role involves the hands-on technical implementation of NiCE's Sales Performance Management (SPM) products.
The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proven understanding of financial and compensation systems.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or sales compensation is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include translating customer business requirements into technical designs, analyzing sales performance data, implementing financial models, collaborating with stakeholders, designing reports and dashboards, validating data integrity, assisting in system enhancements, providing recommendations for incentive structures, ensuring compliance, and contributing to continual improvement.
Up to 10% travel will be required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or sales/incentive compensation roles is required.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial principles and data interpretation are essential.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, along with experience in SQL for querying databases is necessary.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar platforms is required.
A solid understanding of sales compensation models and their financial impact is important.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to set own task lists and timelines are required.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is mandatory.
