Dataiku is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Switzerland.
The role involves hands-on experience applying big data technologies to business use cases with well-known companies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new technologies and explaining their work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include qualifying deals, conducting discovery meetings, articulating usage scenarios, demonstrating business value using Dataiku, designing projects, executing demonstrations, planning and executing Proof-Of-Concepts (POC), providing technical guidance, and assisting in sales pipeline building activities.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong natural and intellectual curiosity, particularly regarding the application of technology to solve problems.
Experience in the data science, analytics, or big data markets is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with predictive modeling, programming in Python/R, and an understanding of relational data structures and SQL is required.
Experience working with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software.
Experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing roles is essential, along with comfort in communicating with all levels of customer teams, including C-level executives.
