Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in sales operations or business analysis, not just general admin work.
Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets is required, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
Hands-on CRM experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive systems is essential.
A proven track record of creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics is necessary.
