Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in sales operations or business analysis, not just general admin work.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets is required, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on CRM experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive systems is essential.
  • A proven track record of creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to present complex data insights to leadership clearly.
