The Senior SDR will educate and promote the Bug Bounty model to CISOs, Heads of Security, and senior executives.
Collaboration with Senior Account Executives on deal strategy, handoff, and account nurturing is essential.
The role requires representing the company at industry events and meetups within the region.
The Senior SDR will work with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting is necessary to ensure pipeline transparency.
Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, the Senior SDR will demonstrate how bug bounty programs can enhance their security posture.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales development, business development, or sales, ideally within the SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
A proven track record of success in outbound sales and cold outreach to senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Security is required.
Excellent communication skills with a strong consultative selling approach are essential.
Candidates must be comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and autonomy is necessary.
Native or fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
