  • The Senior SDR will work with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting is necessary to ensure pipeline transparency.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, the Senior SDR will demonstrate how bug bounty programs can enhance their security posture.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales development, business development, or sales, ideally within the SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
  • A proven track record of success in outbound sales and cold outreach to senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Security is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong consultative selling approach are essential.
  • Candidates must be comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and autonomy is necessary.
  • Native or fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
