  • The Senior Security Compliance Analyst will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, including FedRAMP.
  • Responsibilities include leading compliance programs, creating compliance reports, acting as a liaison with external stakeholders, running the continuous monitoring program, supporting assessment activities, maturing the GRC program, collaborating with internal stakeholders, leading internal security audits, preparing compliance status reports, collaborating with third parties for audits, providing mentorship on compliance standards, and developing company security policies.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or security compliance roles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with FedRAMP is necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of NIST 800-53 guidelines and FedRAMP requirements is essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of security best practices, standards, and frameworks such as NIST, CJIS, FISMA, and IRAP is required.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens, residing in and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Travel may be required for this position.
