Requirements:

• Candidates must have extensive experience in information security or security engineering, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or Fintech environment.
• A strong background in cloud-native security (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required, along with experience integrating monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Panther.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like SOC 2, PCI DSS, and NIST is essential.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and integration tasks is necessary.
• Experience in incident detection and response, as well as developing security operations runbooks, is required.
• Excellent collaboration skills are needed to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• A pragmatic, systems-thinking mindset focused on scalability and impact is important.
• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
